Gerry McCann is Smithman

Was the Smith sighting really Gerry Mccann?

I think it was.

First of all, the timeline for this sighting vs when the alarm was sounded is at the exact same time. Now, that would mean that either Madeline was kidnapped at 9:15 and this person carried her around for over 45 minutes being seen by both Jane and the Smiths…. Or that possibly, just possibly, the time of the alarm at 10pm was done on purpose as a cover while Gerry disposed of Madeleine. Do we have anyone outside the Tapas group that can 100% tell us Gerry Mccann was at the table at that time.

Then, the parents have a page on their find Madeleine website with potential suspects. The Tanner sighting is included and they also have a random e-fit of a male that was “acting suspicious” near the resort and an e-fit of some random woman “acting suspicious” in Spain. SPAIN? Really??? But the Smith sighting is given no consideration on their site. Interesting….. 

 

Then, Kate herself states both the Tanner and Smith sighting are equally important and are likely the same person. She states this in the documentary “Madeline was here”. Part 2/5 on youtube.

Well, I struggle with this…... 

IF THEY ARE THE SAME…again, why don’t the Mccann’s include the Smith sighting e-fits on their website along with the Jane turner sighting? Jane’s description is the man from a distance, the Smith sighting is of the face. I think IF they really think this is the same, why not share those e-fits?

IF THEY ARE THE SAME …..then that means that this man walking around with a child uncovered covered at 9:15going one direction was then STILL out walking about at 10:00pm going a totally opposite direction. So that means this man was carrying this “abducted child” around for 45 minutes. REALLY?

Mr Smith saw Gerry carrying another child and at that time said the way he was carrying the child reminded him of the man he saw that night. Now, I have seen many state that if he was so concerned, why did he wait so long to come forward. Well, lets be honest. You see a man carrying what appears to be a sleeping child down the street….. does that ring any alarm bells in your mind. Even if you hear about a child kidnapping. Its not like he was running, or the child was fighting. If you assume she was asleep, a kidnapper is not going to get out with a 4 year old child without waking her up.  Then he has since disappeared. Well, if you consider the fact that the Mccanns have sued people over their theories that they were involved, do you not think there was some threat possibly made to this man who was claiming he was sure that the sighting was Gerry. I think it’s entirely possible.

Also, consider for a moment... That Gerry being aware that this family saw him and could identify him later....has Jane claim to see this similar man carrying a child at the same exact time she sees Gerry speaking to Jez. This would work to clear Gerry, Jane saw the man at the same time she saw Gerry, that takes him out of the equation IF you believe Jane. Now many state there is no reason for the friends to lie to help the McCann's.... But maybe there is... I think the Mccann's drugged the kids to sleep, I think it's also likely the other parents did this at least once during this vacation. Now..if you have everyone drugging their kids and one dies accidentally due to this....it really  drags everyone in. You are all just as guilty. If one goes down, you all do. I think they all realized that it could have been their child, and they are all in this coverup or they all stand to go to jail. I mean if they tell the police what happened, Gerry and Kate tell the police all of them drugged the kids and now they all go down.  Since drugging your kids so the sleep is illegal. 

Either way,,,.Gerry and Kate above all… as I have talked about in prior posts were negligent. PERIOD.

You do not leave toddlers alone ever.

These are selfish people. 

If you wanted a quiet adult only vacation, you leave the kids with family or babysitter. They had the means. They just choose instead to risk their safety.

 

Law Enforcement. .. hero's or criminals

Law Enforcement anymore are not the heros they should be.

Sure we still have those that stand true to this profession but more and more we see these very "heros" go to the dark side. Or is it just that criminals are smarter?

But if criminals are smarter, what does that saw about law enforcement?  Especially with the simple fact that most these criminals are drunks, on drugs or often just the random person next door.

Are average peopke outsmarting law enforcement? Drunks, addicts, etc outsmarting law enforcement?

Say it isnt so!

What will our world come to if this continues....

I am just the average person next door. I dont do drugs, and outside of the occasional drink..not a drunk.

Yet I can see past the bullshit and see the true guilt in so many cases that law enforcement just cant seem to bring to justice.

This is a sad predicament.

I mean lets look at a couple cases.

Hanna Anderson...

The supposed kidnap "victim". Law enforcement has closed this case out. Stand by the initial view that she is nothing more than a victim.

Now for those out there that keep stating she was just a "child" needs to watch a little more news. A teenager in Colorado raped and killed a little girl then cut her up and stored some of her body parts in his home. But I guess she's innocent because hes just a teenager?

Hannah posted a photo while in Hollywood (a trip she took with her kidnappper alone) and followed the photo up with #goodbye #hollywood #hello #river. Interesting that she she did next go to the  "river" with this kidnapper.

(Or texts) were just because as she stated "he didn't know the address or what - like, where I was. So I had to tell him the address and....." was such a HUGE LIE. That man was at all her games and practices and often drove her to school. Yet she says she needed 13 texts to communicate and address and LE finds that answer acceptable?

And lets not forget she states she was drugged and did did not wake until she reached Idaho despite the highway patrol cameras showing she was awake. Yet law enforcement I guess she no contradiction there? That she claims she was unconscious during the murders until arriving in Idaho is not anything that needs to be questioned. 

And then there is the statements that he told her if she tried to get help he would kill her.. then tells us at the river he tried to start a fire to "signal for help". WTF. And law enforcement does not find this disturbing?

Good job San Diego law enforcement.  A stupid teenage girl has outsmarted you. Your citizens should feel safe.

And then there is Scotland Yard. Now I can not figure this out, but they are sure stand fiercely behind Gerry and Kate McCann. But why?

What other case have they stood by like this? Especially a case that is well, not even anywhere close to being in their jurisdiction.  Another country even.

Why?

clearly there is a more here. I mean you have parents who chose to leave babies (2 and 3 year olds ARE BABIES) alone in their holiday room.

WtF? This is acceptable?

Even Nancy Grace who is always critical anytime a parent lacks judgment has failed to address this on her show.

What is really going on?

This is NEVER acceptable.  Its dangerous. Period. No one told them this was safe and they to this day feel no remorse or guilt over this horribleen choice.

Gerry Mccann even stated that being at that Tapas bar was like being in your garden (backyard for those of us in America) but this walk took 1.5 minutes. Bullshit Gerry. Its not like being in your backyard. Maybe the backyard of your neighbor 7 houses down. I walked 1.5 minutes from my front door and ended up down 7 houses.

There is a reason there are babysitters. CAUSE ITS NOT SAFE TO LEAVE YOUNG CHILDREN ALONE YOU SELFISH, NARRSISISIC, HORRIBLE EXCUSES FOR PARENTS.

But please Scotland Yard waste your tax payers money and protect these horrible people. You should be proud. You too have been out smarted.  Or worse. ?.. doOn you have your own evil skeletons and have been forced to keep up their charade. Or maybe you too are profiting????  I mean their sham "find Madeleine fund" has brought in millions.... millions that sure as hell are NOT being used to look for their "kidnapped" daughter. 

But please protect them. Thats a good use of tax payers money.  Who cares about homeless, starving childen.. Gerry and Kate need you to keep this sham alive.

Then there is the super duper law enforcement in Texas.

Hailey Dunn disapeared yet so much evidence and no arrests...

Such as....

Moms had recently moved in her loser boyfriend who had recently threatened her life.

Poor Hailey tells her grandmother she is scared of his freak.

Mom and boyfriend are heaving drug users...

Mom and boyfriend lie about the boyfriend being at work all day the day she is last seen.

Both fail polygraphs.

Neither spend a moment searching and in fact a couple days after sge disappearsyou have a new years eve party.

Law enforcement finds child porn and beastility in your room.

And mommy speaks of Hailey in PAST TENSE?????

So despite the fact that child porn alone is a crime and that alome should have had them both prosecuted, they walk free. Then they find poor Haileys body along the path Shawns cell phone pinged the day je lied and stated he was at work....

But what, you domt have evidence to prosecute?

So again WTF law enforcement.

You can npt tell me these loser drug addict child porn lovers outsmarted you. So what, do we have another case of law enforcement that has their own demons so they can not pursue mommy dearest and her peice of shit boyfriend?

Just sad. That law enforcement is on the wrong side of the law.

You loose your hero badges. You are criminals who are too cowardly to be honest and instead hide behind the badge.

Expected reaction to your own missing or deceased child…

I am always shocked by the comments people leave on blogs, forums, etc supporting parents of missing or deceased children who have shown unexpected reactions.

By unexpected, I mean a lack of emotion, a lack of urgency, lack of well, tears….

The most common defense is “everyone responds different”

This is true.

Uncaring or responsible parents respond one way.

Loving innocent parents another.

I am not wrong.

People always want to argue with this point.

But I am not wrong.

You have 3 types of parents in my mind.

·         Loving protective parents

·         Narcissistic parents

·         Evil parents.

Loving protective parents put their childs needs first. There children are raised with love. They would put their lives in harms way to protect their children. This is the only way a parent should be. The others have no right being parents.

Narcissistic parents are those that put their own needs first. They may love their children, but their needs, wants desires come first. Their happiness, their desires come first. The loss then of this child would be shortly grieved if at all.

Then we have the evil parents. Evil parents do not love their children and will abuse, neglect and often kill them.

Let’s further break this down by looking at parents who have been in the news that fall into each category.

Let’s first take a look at the parents of Natalie Holloway. When they learned that their daughter did not arrive with her group to fly home from Aruba, they IMMEDIATELY were on a plane to Aruba. They immediately searched. They tracked down leads. They harassed the main suspect, they dug through landfills, they broke into crack house etc. There child was missing and rather than just go about their lives, they made finding their daughter a priority. They clearly love her. They put themselves at risk for her. This is what a loving parent does. It is instinct.

Next let’s loook at the narcissistic parents of Madeleine McCann. Gerry and Kate. I fully believe they drugged their children in order to go out and party with friends. Especially with all the information that was learned after about how difficult it really was to get the children to sleep (look at Kate’s own diaries). I do not believe that 3 children in the same family go to sleep easily at 7:30 and sleep through the night. Especially as I have said before, on vacation with other children. My son at those ages while on vacation or even with family around would never sleep. Children become excited and have more energy than normal.  Parents with children know this to be true. So I am sure that is why that fateful night, the kids all fell asleep promptly at 7:30. Now my belief is Madeleine woke up (not all kids respond the same to medications) and was likely looking for her parents and was likely scared and frantic and fell behind the couch and died there as a result of that fall. Especially since no one was there to get her medical treatment.  Now ask yourself, would you leave your 2 and 3 year old children alone? Gerry and Kate both have failed to take responsibility for the danger they put their kids in. They have instead defended this. WHY? How do you feel this is acceptable. They claim someone in social services said it was perfectly safe. LIES. This is illegal in most places. And Gerrys efforts to compare this to being in your garden (which is like your backyard for those in America) is total bullshit. The detectives and a criminal profiler traced the steps from the Tapas bar to the room they rented. It takes 1.5 minutes to walk this distance. This is not like your backyard Gerry McCann. I live in a neighborhood with yards that average about 7000-8000 square feet. I left my house the other day and I walked for 1.5 minutes. I was 7 houses down. So Gerry McCann. This may be like being in a garden, but in the garden 7 houses down the street. So I am sorry, but this is not safe.

And let’s consider another point. Even if they were checking every 15 minutes as they claim. Have you ever seen the news where a child has drown in the backyard pool? Yah, you have. What do they always say? I only turned my back for a MINUTE. So, what have you just learned? That in a mere MINUTE a child can come into harms way. So now we have  adults leaving 3 children alone for at least 15 minutes. And they were not even checking on them. But rather listening. So that child that drown in the backyard, if you only listened and they had stopped breathing, would you walk back inside? Considering that there may be time to save them with CPR. But sure, listen. If all is quiet they must be fine. 
That is the logic they used.

They have never then taken accountability for their actions. They feel this was perfectly safe. They said it themselves.
But it’s not safe. And if I made this horrible decision, regardless of what harm happened to my child, I would never forgive myself. NEVER. I would blame myself, my actions every day for the rest of my life.  Gerry and Kate did NOT blame themselves.

In fact, a few days later were laughing and smiling at what would have been Madeleine’s birthday. Really? I have seen comments explain this behavior stating that they had balloons fly into their faces. So really? Your child has been “kidnapped” and you are celebrating her birthday without her… The horror of what typically happens to kidnapped children is not on your mind? You are not haunted. Enough that balloons in your face would bring you joy and laughter? Sorry but that just would not happen with the loving parents. They would be so devastated that the balloons would not make them laugh or smile. Nothing would! Then days later, the family is resuming their vacation activities, leaving the remaining kids at the child center and well, as Kate herself wrote in her own diary “slept well”. How do you sleep well when your child has been “kidnapped”. How does the horror she may be facing not haunt your ever minute? How do you just move on. Because as I said above, they care more about themselves than their children.

And the fact is, they NEVER SEARCHED for this child.

The millions they have made from the fund and from suing other people has benefited them and them alone. It has not been used to look for Madeleine. But to pay their mortgage and sue for more money.

And hey Kate, if you just used the fund (and searched for your child) for its purpose and didn’t waste it suing people then you would not have needed to write a book to make money for the fund. The fund that is NOT used for finding your daughter. So did you write this book to help find Madeleine or did you write this book for you. To make you and Gerry more money and to, well what I believe, address all the guilty behavior and actions away.

Narcissistic parents at their best!

Then we have evil. We have the parents that have abused their children and typically have either killed their child during the abuse or simply to get rid of them. This is what I think Justin DiPietro did. He did not want Ayla. Yet fought to get her while mommy was in rehab. Took out a life insurance policy and failed to get her medical care for prior breaks and bruises. EVIL. Then the child disappears and he does what? He goes about his own life. Does not report her missing for days. EVIL. I believe he killed that poor child. ON PURPOSE. He is evil! He deserves the death penalty. Nothing more.

So defend away. But the fact is, loving parents will love and protect their child. They will put their childs needs above their own. They will search for a missing child and will be angry if their child is murdered. FACT FACT FACT.

Dispute it all you want, but there is no other reaction.

Mccann supporters wake the heck up!

I just read yet another support blog for the Gerry and Kate Mccann.

And it amazes me just how many people still believe them and blame the police despite what is so obvious to the rest of us with any common sense.

Why why why are people so naive and blind to the facts?

If the parents truly had no involvement, then these 2 have had just about the worst luck ever while still managing to stay clear of any legal responsibility. Even child endangerment for leaving babies alone. Which is illegal where I live and would and had this occurred here, they would have been arrested and CPS would have been involved .

But let’s break this down with just facts in the case and no theories or possible motives

So below I will include some facts and as the parents once stated they could provide for any evidence….. a “reasonable explanation” to each of them.  

You decide if it was just a mistake, bad luck that just happened to happen during this horrible time, or something more.

And its several things. So maybe it was just all a coincidence. But please read and then decide.

1.       The McCann’s stated that it was “normal” for their children to sleep through the night.

a.       It’s totally normal for all 3 kids in the same family to all normally sleep through the night

                                                               i.      May 1^st when the neighbor, Pamela Fern stated to police that she heard Madeleine crying from the McCann apartment beginning at approximately 10:30 pm until 11:45pmwas just lying. Even being sure it was Madeline and not the twins since the child was shouting “DADDY, DADDY” was just lying  

                                                             ii.     Madeleine asking them the next day why they didn’t come when they cried was just a random thought. She must have woke briefly and fallen right back to sleep     

                                                            iii.      Or, maybe……this was the one time she woke up… and was the only time they did not check every 15 minutes and was just an awful coincidence

2.       There was a chart at the home of the Mccann family offering stars for Madeleine for “staying in her bed” (there are photos confirming this chart)

a.       I am sure this was only during nap time and had nothing to do with her night time behavior since she normally slept through the night 

3.       It is totally safe to leave 2 and 3 year old children alone

a.       Sure, its only illegal in some locations because the laws are stupid

b.      2 and 3 year olds can fend for themselves, especially if its night time

c.       What could POSSIBLY go wrong in 30 minutes, or an hour or longer

                                                               i.      No child has ever died from an accident in the home or in their vacation unit

                                                             ii.      No child has ever had an accident while being checked every hour that caused great harm or death

4.       The Mccann’s stated in initial police statements that they unlocked the door each time they entered to do their checks and later changed this to using the unlocked side doors because they forgot

a.       This would be something you would totally forget

b.      And…..leaving a door unlocked that was near a PUBLIC street is totally safe

c.       The police lied

5.       The restaurant was not any different than being in your garden (backyard to us in America) as Gerry stated

a.       Sure it is Gerry. It takes me over a 1.5 mins to walk to my back yard from my back door

b.      And like in my backyard, you can hear your kids if they  need you or wake up

6.       They checked on the kids every 15 minutes

a.       Pamela Ferm who claimed the kids cried for over an hour lied

7.       Checking on kids every 15 minutes from the restaurant which was about a 1.5 minute walk each way would make for a fun and relaxing night out with friends and a much better option that hiring the onsite babysitter

a.       Sure, the chaos of the constant up and down of 9 people going back and forth every 15 minutes would not be distracting and this would be way easier

8.       The police were against the Mccann’s and did not try to help find the child and sought only to frame the Mccann’s

a.       I guess extensive searches by land, air and water being done was just for “show”

b.      The station set up in front of the apartment to take calls/tips 24/7 was just for “show”

c.       The thousands of people that helped search streets, homes, paths, trash etc was just for “show”

d.      The extensive search of the homes and apartments nearby just for “show”

e.      The extensive police files was just for “show”

                                                               i.      Yah, they did nothing to find this kidnapped child

f.        And… The lack of a single sign of an abduction was only because the police covered it all up and no one saw this and the Mccann’s have failed to publicly site any of these “cover ups” I guess out of fear 

9.       There REALLY were signs of an abduction

a.       The window in the kids room was open when Kate first discovered Madeleine missing

                                                               i.      She then closed it all up

                                                             ii.     Or….Someone must have come in and closed this to help with the cover up and framing of the parents

b.      The shutters were broken as Gerry stated

                                                               i.     Someone must have come in and fixed them to help with the cover up and framing of the parents

c.       Gerry and Kates family spokesperson later addressing that the window was closed and the shutters were not broken has no relevance

                                                               i.      The spokesperson lied and did not speak on their behalf as he had his own agenda

                                                             ii.      They must have been thinking of another night the window was open and the shutters were broken

                                                            iii.      Or… they were forced to stand by this false statement out of fear yet even years later, in their own country still fear for their safety               

1.       The book they wrote does not prove they are not fearful and they still have refused to call the police out for tampering with evidence of the break in because of well, fear?  

10.   After Kate discovered Madeleine was abducted and as she stated, was sure of, she then left the twins in the room ALONE to make the trip back to the table to notify the rest

a.       But she was just in shock and not thinking clearly or using an common sense OR natural motherly instincts to protect her remaining children from abduction as well and bring them with her or just scream for help

11.   The twins not waking up or even moving (several witnesses made this same observation). despite Kate’s screams (Neighbor Pamela Fern heard these screams and made statements to the police as such), frantic searches by the family/friends and the police, and moving to another room the twins did not wake or and they did not force them to wake up to simply make sure they were ok or see if they could possibly relay anything that had occurred

a.       This is normal, kids sleep through a traumatic events that involved screaming with many people trampling through a room is normal, right 

b.      And you would rather have the kids sleep through all this and not be concerned about them not waking or want to ensure they were ok and not hurt

12.   A cadaver dog picked up a scent on Kate’s clothing, Madeleine’s shirt and favorite toy (a toy which was on the bed but the scent was not picked up on the bed itself indicating the toy was placed here later), the closest and behind the couch

a.       For Kate’s clothes and Madeleine’s shirt and favorite toy to have the scent, that means that even as a part time GP, per her claims the week prior to the vacation, she would have to have come into DIRECT physical contact with at least one dead body for an extended period of time (needed in order to not only absorb the odor on to her clothes despite being washed , but to transfer to her childs clothes and toy)

                                                               i.      She then had her work clothes packed with ONLY Madeleine’s shirt and favorite cuddle toy allowing them to both absorb the odor

                                                             ii.      Or Eddie, the cadaver dog with years of experience and 100% accuracy was wrong.

b.      For the apartment, I guess Eddie, the cadaver dog with years of experience and 100% accuracy was wrong?

                                                               i.      Or… the hotel lied and there WAS a death in that apartment previously. A death where the dead body was moved from the closet to the floor behind the couch or vice versa

                                                             ii.     Or…..there was another murder in this very same room and the body was located behind the couch and the closet at some point 

13.   A Cadaver dog picked up the scent of a body on the key and the truck of the car the Mccann’s rented 20+ days after Madeleine disappeared.

a.       So again, I guess Eddie, the cadaver dog with years of experience and 100% accuracy was wrong AGAIN?

                                                               i.      Or, the rental car company lied and there had been a death in that car and he person was kept in the trunk with the keys in their pocket

                                                             ii.     Or…..Someone was murdered and then kept in the trunk with the keys in their pocket

14.   A Blood dog picked up the scent of bodily fluids (likely blood) behind the couch in the same location as the cadaver dog.

a.       This dog Keela with years of experience and 100% accuracy was WRONG too

b.      This is just a totally random coincidence

c.       Or there was a prior death behind the couch and again, the hotel lied

d.      Or there was a prior murder in this apartment and this is where it occurred

15.   DNA was an 88% match to Madeline

a.       The DNA was not a 100% to Madeleine

                                                               i.      The DNA sample was very limited which limits the testing but…. And, if this DNA had it not been Madeleine’s would have resulted in a 0% match. But I guess the lab made a mistake.

16.   Despite later comments by the parents that they themselves wondered if the twins may have been drugged,  they choose not to try to wake them to ensure they were safe and unharmed and take them to the hospital for testing to make sure they were not sedated at all during this time since a kidnapper had taken their other child and could have caused them harm

a.       This was only something they stated after it become public knowledge that the police suspected sedation because at the time, it just slipped their minds

b.      And why, if you had a child abducted and the remaining 2 did not wake up or move who would have any reason to be concerned for their safety. Just take them to another room and let them sleep. They must be fine if they are breathing and we do know Kate checked several times (the police witnessed Kate placing her hand over their nose mouth area several times)

17.   But they did have the Twins tested for drugs 4 months later       

a.       Even though the labs standard testing procedure of hair for drugs only covers 3 months back, it still proves they were not sedated 4 months later

b.      Or… maybe they had the tests done outside of laboratory standards. But this could only be done for Amalie since the length of Sean’s hair at the time (his hair was very short and based on how quickly hair typically grows would have been grown and cut) would just about guarantee that no hair remained from the time of the kidnapping

                                                               i.      And the fact Gerry and Kate never choose to get the testing done immediately was normal as why would anyone be concerned

                                                             ii.      Gerry and Kate also choosing not to provide any proof that tests were done further back on the hair samples or even done at all means nothing. Because well who needs proof, they have only had accusations made that they sedated the children and no charges were filed

                                                            iii.     And…. don’t care what anyone says or thinks as their only care is finding care Madeleine

c.       The other fact that they are doctors and likely are familiar with all the labs and the technicians in the area (they claim the tests were done in their home down) as well how testing is done has no relevance at all and this direct connection and special knowledge does not help them if they were trying to hide the fact that they sedated the kids as they would for sure be held to the same standards as the guy next door

d.      And…This testing would have been extensive because it’s a criminal investigation

                                                               i.      But no, the case was closed. This was not a test done by police as part of the investigation but rather Gerry and Kate’s own selected personal test but still proves they didn’t sedate their kids

18.   Gerry and Kate did not see any point ever in searching for their “kidnapped” daughter

a.       Totally normal and expected.  I know if my child was kidnapped, I would just wait for someone else to find him. I would even play tennis and go jogging in the days that followed. All what parents of missing kids just go about their lives

                                                               i.      The parents of missing kids 10-20-30 years later that are still haunted and devastated by the loss just need to get a grip and move on, it’s only a kid, just make another one

19.   Despite allegations and even being listed as suspects, Gerry and Kate Mccann refused to take a polygraph test

a.       Innocent parents always refuse to take a polygraph because so many have been wrongly convicted even though they are not admissible in court

20.   The McCann’s have a private fund to find Madeline and despite the allegations the fund has been mainly used to pay their personal and legal bills and only limited amounts have gone to actually find their daughter, they have done nothing to prove this wrong

a.       Again who cares about accusations? They are only focused on finding their child

21.   The McCann’s have spent more time, money and effort in fighting against Pat Brown and the main detective who have written books alleging their guilt over searching for their daughter

a.        Allegations in the books against these innocent parents is more important as it will affect the search for Madeleine

                                                               i.      The allegations are not new and those buying the books are likely those that already questioned their guilt and still despite Pat Browns book having been out for quite some time, media attention for a “abducted” Madeleine is still high

1.       This is not true and it greatly affected the search and they can prove it
